PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide bedding giving an effect of a traction therapy for a patient in need of the cervical vertebra traction therapy. SOLUTION: This bedding comprises a pillow part 1 formed with multiple elastic projections 3 or multiple waveform projections 4 from a position covering the cervical vertebra in the direction of the vertex, and a mat part 2 formed with multiple elastic projections 3 or multiple elastic waveform projections 4 from the position covering the cervical vertebra in the shoulder and the back direction.
