PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide open/close type disposable briefs preventing a lock part from being disengaged when the briefs are brought up or down to put on or off, and preventing an absorbent body from falling out of a front abdominal part. SOLUTION: The disposable briefs 1A have the absorbent body 3 across the band-like front abdominal part and a band-like rear part Q. The outer surface of the absorbent body 3 is locked with detachable lock parts 24-26 and attached to both sides on the inner face of the band-like abdominal part P. The inner face of the band-like front abdominal part P between the locked positions on both sides and the outer face of the absorbent body 3 are adhered at least partly in an adhesion part 23, and a slit part 22 which can separate the band-like front abdominal part P to left or right is formed between the adhesion position and each locked positions of the band-like front abdominal part P.
