PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a treatment machine which carries out treatment which can be adapted to the personal difference of each patient and which has new treatment effect and convenience. SOLUTION: On both sides of the backrest parts 5a of a chair main body 2a being the treatment machine 1a, a side part holding mechanism 53a for insert-holding both of the side parts of the patient from both of the sides for carrying out the treatment and a side part lifting mechanism 54a for holding and lifting both of the side parts of the patient upward are provided. Otherwise, a recessed groove 61a for inserting an elbow provided with an elbow insert-holding mechanism 62a for treating the elbow part of the patient at the armrest part 6a of the chair main body 2a is formed in the inside of the armrest part 6a. Otherwise, at the front part of the seat part 3a of the main body 2a, a thigh insert-holding mechanism 33a for insert-holding both of the thigh parts of the patient from both sides and the center is arranged. In addition to each treatment operation, a treatment mechanism 52a provided in the inside of the backrest part 5a for treating the back of the patient is used together to improve the treatment effect. In addition, each treatment operation is automatically carried out by a control circuit, and a circuit for inputting and storing patient information and information of the treatment operation is provided to carry out the treatment by each individual patient.
