PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problems that unreasonable force is applied to a coupler, a coupler is damaged and a connection defect is caused in the case that unreasonable moving force is applied to a shampoo apparatus in a fixed state since the shampoo apparatus is fixed to a floor surface by engaging the coupler on a shampoo apparatus side with the coupler on an underfloor unit side and the shampoo apparatus is made movable by disengaging the couplers from each other in a conventional lock mechanism. SOLUTION: A moving type shampoo apparatus is provided with front and rear engagement members A2d lowered by stepping on a lock pedal A2a provided on the rear part of a shampoo unit A and the linking mechanism of an underfloor unit B by the lowering of the engagement member, the linking mechanism is operated, two links of the linking mechanism are engaged with the front and rear engaging members and turned to be in a lock state, and the shampoo unit is locked and fixed to the underfloor unit.
