For restructuring an area of damaged bone substance at the jaw of a patient a mix of granules with blood from the patient can instigate a quick recovery. The mix is filled into a pipe-shaped device (1, 3) with a funnel-shaped upper end (2, 4, 22) and pushed towards its final position with a piston. The device (1) can be closed with a lid. The pipe-shaped segment (3) can be slightly bent for a more precise positioning.
