The device has a plate (3) covering a supply and waste disposal duct (2), and clamping jaws (5, 6) provided under the plate. One of the jaws is clamped against an inner wall of the duct. The underside of the plate is supported by a sealing material layer. The plate has through holes, whose edges/borders are provided with sealing side slips, where the jaw (6) is guided in a groove. The jaws are designed to be mutually deviatable.
