The inventive impedometer person-weighing scale comprises a measuring plate (1) supported by a weighing base provided with at least weight sensor, wherein said measuring plate is provided with at least two electrodes (2, 3, 4, 5) which contact a person's feet during measuring and are connected to an electric circuit for bioelectric impedance measuring and for displaying the person's body composition. According to said invention, said electrodes (2, 3, 4, 5) are made of an electroconductive tissue.
