FIELD: aviation; aircraft and helicopter manufacture. ^ SUBSTANCE: proposed method consists in creating aerodynamic lifting force by means of two revolving disks driven by electromagnetic coils located over disk perimeter. Device for creating aerodynamic lifting force includes two revolving disks with blades secured on one axle rotatably relative to each other. Electromagnetic coils are located over disk perimeter. Coils of one disk are connected with current source at alternation of magnetic poles, thus forming electric motor stator and electromagnetic coils of other disk are connected with current source through commutator for change of magnetic poles during rotation of disk, thus forming electric motor rotor. ^ EFFECT: ecologically pure flying vehicle; increased service life; enhanced reliability; increased cargo capacity. ^ 3 cl, 3 dwg
