<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable installation of many wind power generators without having harmful effects on coastal fishery. <P>SOLUTION: The wind power generation device supports a board-like support member 3 by a plurality of struts 2 driven into the sea bed 1. The board-like support member comprises a first board-like support member 4 totally exposed above the sea level 15 and a second board-like support member 5 totally submerged under the sea. The device erectly provides a plurality of power generation towers 7 on the first board-like support member 4 of the board-like support member 3 and supports rotary blades 6 for catching the wind and rotating and power generators with a rotor not shown in the figure and driven by rotation of the rotary blade 6 and rotating. Lighting openings 4A, 5A are formed in the first and second board-like support members 4, 5 respectively so that the sunshine goes through the lighting openings 4A, 5A in a direction of the sea bed 1.
