<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an office space of simple and neat appearance with the high ceiling without increasing the story height. <P>SOLUTION: The lower end faces of all girders 2 and beams 4 of a part where a direct ceiling system of placing horizontal panels on the upper end faces of the girders and beams is adopted in the office space, are made flush with one another by unifying the formation of the respective girders and beams, and the lower end faces of all the girders 2 and beams 4 are formed with duct members 20 serving as decorative members for covering the lower end faces.
