<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a surgery system without occurring a short circuit between hand pieces, and without raising problems such as an incorrect choice. <P>SOLUTION: The structure of this system has a plurality of foot switches 1a, 1b and hand pieces 2a, 2b. The foot switch 1 has a transmitting/receiving part 6 for establishing radio communication, a hand piece ID storage part 8 for storing ID of the hand piece 2 to be communicated, and a self ID storage part 9. The hand piece 2 has a treatment member 12, a transmitting/receiving part 15 for establishing radio communication with the foot switch 1, a foot switch ID storage part 17 for storing ID of the foot switch 1 to be communicated, a self ID storage part 18 for storing ID of itself, and a case member 19 containing these excluding the treatment member 12.
