<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information management device that allows easy time-related information management in various ways. <P>SOLUTION: When a predetermined operation is carried out using an input means 15 of a cellphone 10, the cellphone 10 sends operation time information showing a time when the predetermined operation has been carried out, operation information identification information showing the predetermined operation, and sender identification information showing the sender to an operation information management means 42a. The operation information management means 42a stores operation information including the operation time information, the operation information identification information, and the sender identification information sent from the cellphone 10 in the operation information database 50a of a storage device 50. An operation information processing means 42b implements a process for collecting the operation information stored in the operation information database 50a.
