<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide arrowroot bean curd solving such a problem as to cause a variety of likes and dislikes from person to person because conventional bean curd using arrowroot starch-containing starch is ingenuous in feeling on the tongue and smoothness. <P>SOLUTION: The arrowroot bean curd is obtained by mixing arrowroot starch-containing starch with liquid and cheese, and kneading the mixture.
