<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To calculate predicted absence time when the user of a computer is absent from the computer and to make the computer execute predetermined processing during the predicted absence time. <P>SOLUTION: A computer management system 100 is provided with an RFID reader 6, a PC controller 70, an employee whereabouts management device 4 and a facility reservation management device 5, etc. The PC controller 70 reads an employee number stored in the RFID 11 of an employee card of a user A using the RFID reader 6. The PC controller 70 decides a case that the employee number can not be read as that the user A is absent from a PC 7 for OA and when it is decided to be absent, retrieves the employee whereabouts management device 4 which stores an employee whereabouts list 41 and the facility reservation management device 5 which stores a facility reservation list 51. The PC controller 70 calculates the predicted absence time when the user A becomes absent from the PC 7 for OA from these retrieval results and makes the PC for OA execute predetermined processing during the predicted absence time. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
