<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a payee account management method and payee account management program for specifying a payee account appropriately and efficiently. <P>SOLUTION: When payee data are received from a client terminal 10, a management computer 21 confirms whether or not there is a payee account. When the payee account is not confirmed, the management computer 21 searches transcribe reading data. When transcribe readings are registered, the transcribe reading data are updated. When the transcribe readings are not registered, the management computer 21 confirms whether or not the difference is within a range of patterned transcribe reading. When a difference is within the range of patterned transcribe reading, the management computer 21 executes confirming processing of the payee account.
