<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide information stored in an information storage medium with security/secrecy by restricting an accessing to information stored outside a specified area. <P>SOLUTION: This information storage medium has a reading flag management part which manages a reading flag indicating whether or not the access to information stored in an IC card is permitted and a reading permission area determination part which determines whether or not a reading permission area identification signal is received and when the reading permission area determination part determines that the reading permission area identification signal is not received, the reading flag management part sets the reading flag as an "disabled" state. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
