摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To hold a distance from a micro-lens provided on a light receiving face of a solid-state imaging device to a top and a photoelectric transfer part to be equal to the distance in the related art, while enhancing the numerical aperture of the micro-lens. SOLUTION: The solid-state imaging device (100) which has the micro-lens (109) and the photoelectric transfer part (102), respectively, is implemented such that a plurality of pixels are arrayed in a two-dimensional form.
