PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tube pump or the like which can efficiently consume a liquid by making variation of a suction amount of the liquid small. SOLUTION: The tube pump 100 has a tube part 100 which sucks the liquid, a contact part 116 which abuts the tube part, an abutting moving part 105 which moves the abutting part, and a driving part 101 which moves the abutting moving part. Moreover, the tube pump 100 has a driving transmission part 104 which transmits a driving force of the driving part to the abutting moving part. The driving transmission part is configured to be disposed at a transmission position for transmitting the driving force of the driving part to the abutting moving part, or a non transmission position for not transmitting the driving force of the driving part to the abutting moving part. The driving transmission part includes a non transmission position moving part 106 for moving the driving transmission part to the non transmission position. The non transmission position moving part has a moving part side securing part 106a. The moving side securing part is secured by a transmission part side securing part 104b set at the driving transmission part, whereby the driving transmission part is moved to the non transmission position.
