TONER, DEVELOPMENT METHOD, AND PROCESS CARTRIDGE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively suppress an image defect due to filming in both of an ordinary use environment and under high-temperature and high-humidity conditions even in intermittent printing evaluation during a long period of time. SOLUTION: In the developing method for forming a toner image on an electrostatic latent image carrier by bringing the toner image deposited on the surface of a toner carrier into contact with the surface of the electrostatic latent image carrier, the MD-1 hardness of the toner carrier is 20-40 and the toner has at least toner particles containing a binder resin and a coloring agent. The ratio of the particles of 0.900 in circularity is <15number% with respect to the circularity for the toner particles of 3 to <30μm in the diameter equivalent to the circle.
