PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the rotor structure of an axial gap motor capable of adjusting weight unbalance finely without varying a magnetic path in a rotor while preventing the generation of residual strain in the rotor. SOLUTION: In the rotor structure of an axial gap motor comprising a rotor 4 having a plurality of permanent magnets 1 provided in the circumferential direction on a disc-like holding member 2 coupled with a rotary shaft 3, and a stator arranged oppositely to the rotor 4 along the central axis thereof, the holding member 2 is provided with one or more nonmagnetic members 5 such that they can be cut from the outer surface of the rotor in order to adjust weight unbalance.
