PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase sound pressure as a speaker by effectively utilizing magnetic flux that a magnet has. SOLUTION: There are provided a first magnetic circuit 24 comprising a yoke 23 having a recess, a first magnet 21 provided at the recess, and a first upper plate 22 that is provided on the surface of the first magnet 21 and has a projection; and a second magnetic circuit 34 comprising a second magnet 31 provided on the surface of the first upper plate 22 so that the periphery surface of the projection on the first upper plate 22 is surrounded, and a second upper plate 32 provided on the surface of the second magnet 31.
