PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To acquire normal image information and to detect a signal for a distance measurement or an ID recognition at the same time. SOLUTION: Pixels acquiring a normal image and pixels for three-dimensional measurement or an ID recognition are independently set, read with different frame rates respectively, and processed by different signal processing circuits within the pixel array of a CMOS image sensor, thereby enabling a normal taken image (natural image) and three-dimensional information or ID information to be simultaneously acquired. For example, W pixel without a color filter is provided to a single pixel composing a couple of matrix of a color filter to be used as a pixel for the three-dimensional measurement or ID recognition.
