PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent radio interference of a signal for televisions and that for telephones, and to achieve the appropriate viewing of televisions and communication. SOLUTION: Portable equipment comprises first and second cases 11, 13 capable of forming superimposed and non-superimposed states by moving, a transmitter and receiver 15 for cellular phones provided in the first case 11, a television selector 18 provided in the second case 13, and an image display unit 17 for displaying an image by receiving a signal from the television selector 18.
