PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high frequency circuit apparatus with less circuit loss corresponding to a multi-band/multi-mode and to provide a mobile communication terminal employing the same. SOLUTION: The high frequency circuit apparatus includes: an amplifier 10a for applying power amplification to signals adopting at least two modulation systems; a matching circuit 20 connected to the amplifier; a first path 110 including a duplexer 50 and configured to couple the matching circuit to an antenna; and a second path 111 not including the duplexer 50 and configured to couple the matching circuit to the antenna. When the amplifier amplifies one of the signals adopting the two modulation systems, the first path is selected and when the amplifier amplifies the other of the signals adopting the two modulation systems, the second path is selected. Further, the output impedance of the amplifier is matched with the impedance when the antenna side is viewed from the amplifier, in either of the first path and the second path.
