PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce crosstalk in a linear electrode longitudinal direction in a solid-state radiation detector provided with a sub-stripe electrode. SOLUTION: The solid-state radiation detector 20 is provided with a first conductive layer 21, a recording photoconductive layer 22, a charge transport layer 23, a reading photoconductive layer 24, and a second photoconductive layer 25 having a stripe electrode 26 formed of a plurality of linear elements 26a and the sub-stripe electrode 27 formed of a plurality of linear elements 27a. When a crossed axes angle in a direction of lamination of the elements 26a and 27a is set to beθ, the crossed axes angleθis set to be 45°, and an intersection position is set to be the center of a pixel.
