PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method capable of reducing the volume change of an insulator layer in manufacture in the manufacturing method of an electronic component, particularly an inductor, having a laminate structure where the insulator layer and a conductor layer are bonded. SOLUTION: The manufacturing method of an inductor 10 comprises a laminate forming process of forming a laminate 100 by laminating a plurality of sheets 126 each equipped with a conductor layer 122 and a resin layer 124; a groove forming process of forming a groove 130 along a lamination direction in the laminate 100; an embedding process of embedding an embedding member 28 having insulation property in the groove 130; a crosslinking conductor forming process of forming a crosslinking conductor 16 on the surface exposed along a lamination direction in the embedding member 28 for crossing over the laminate in a direction intersecting the lamination direction, and for connecting the different conductor layers 122; and further a radiation beam irradiation process of forming the insulator layer by irradiating the laminate 100 after implementing at least one process among these processes with radiation to cure the resin layer 124 contained in the laminate 100.
