PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic circuit device capable of simply aligning a bus bar terminal to an electronic component terminal, and for welding the electronic component terminal to the bus bar terminal without sandwiching them by a clip. SOLUTION: The electronic component 1 is mounted to a resin case 2 in which the bus bar terminal 12 is incorporated, and the bus bar terminal 12 is electrically connected to a lead terminal 6 in the electronic component 1 while they are nearly, orthogonally crossed.
