COMPOSITE THIN FILM MAGNETIC HEAD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composite thin film magnetic head capable of considerably reducing crosstalk at a write side and a read site. SOLUTION: The composite thin film magnetic head is provided with: a write head element; a pair of terminal pads for the write head element; a pair of lead conductors for the write head element for electrically interconnecting the write head element and a pair of the terminal pads for the write head element; a read head element; a pair of terminal pads for the read head element; and a pair of lead conductors for the read head element for electrically interconnecting the read head element and a pair of the terminal pads for the read head element, and a pair of the lead conductor for the write head element and a pair of lead conductor for the read head element are formed to be patterns not overlapped with each other via only an insulation layer.
