PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a traffic light, and a traffic signal wherein a light is easy to see, even if one comes close to the traffic signal, and visibility is easy to secure, even when there is a pseudo-lighting phenomenon by enlarging a visually confirmable range. SOLUTION: A light source 4 comprises a bulb. A reflector 5 is composed such that light of the light source 4 is reflected toward an opening side of a dome part 5a. A front lens 6 is composed so as to shine, by receiving the light from the light source 4 in the rear. A partial lens 7 is comprised by a plurality and is protrudedly provided on a surface 6c of the front lens 6 in a predetermined arrangement. The partial lens 7 is provided so as to make the incident ray refract from the rear in the downward direction, with respect to the outgoing direction of the front lens 6. COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
