PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small projector which can project excellent images without making the images unclear due to its instability even when holding it by hand. SOLUTION: With this projector 10, images are projected on the screen 30 from the LED 13a -13c through a prism 14, a focusing lens 15, a DMD 17 and a projection lens 18. A reference mark 32 provided on this screen is received by an image sensors 21 through an input lens 20 and detected as the reference mark position on the image the sensors 21 by an image processing circuit 22 and a CPU 11.
