PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve connection operability of a flexible wiring board of a display panel provided with a plurality of terminal parts on one substrate side. SOLUTION: In the electrooptical display device including a liquid crystal panel 10 having terminal parts 12a and 12b, for example, on two opposite sides of one substrate 12 and a flexible wiring board 100 connected to the respective terminal parts, the flexible wiring board 100 is formed of one substrate on the whole and equipped in one body with a truck wiring board 110 which is arranged on the reverse-surface side of the transparent electrode substrate 12, 1st and 2nd branch wiring boards 120 and 130 which are led out in the same direction from two places on both end sides of the trunk wiring board 110 and connected to the terminal parts 12a and 12b respectively, and a connector wiring board 150 which is led out from a specified place of the trunk wiring board 110 to the outside of the liquid crystal panel 10.
