PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a moving stage, capable of moving an object to be moved to all the coordinate positions on a desired axis with a simple constitution, and to provide a projector device equipped with the moving stage and projecting a high-resolution image. SOLUTION: The moving stage device 106 is equipped with a lower stage 105, an upper stage 103 arranged to be opposite to the lower stage 105, three stroke units 131, 132 and 133 linking the lower stage 105 and the upper stage 103, and a control part (control means) 135 for controlling the position and the posture of the upper stage 103 to the lower stage 105 with six-degree of freedom. The respective stroke units are equipped with an actuator arm 136, linking the lower stage 105 and the upper stage 103 and also changing own length, and a lock arm 137 fixing space between the lower stage 105 and the upper stage 103, by changing the length according to the relative movement of the lower stage 105 to the upper stage 103.
