PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mounting structure, an electro-optical device, and an electronic apparatus, wherein shapes and external dimensions of flexible printed circuit boards can be changed at a low cost. SOLUTION: The mounting structure mounted on an electro-optical panel is provided with a first flexible printed circuit board which has one end side connected to the electro-optical panel and has electronic parts mounted thereon and a second flexible printed circuit board which has one end side connected to the other end side of the first flexible printed circuit board.
