PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small and high-response device measuring a product inside a capsule. SOLUTION: This device 1 for measuring the product inside the capsule 3 has: a plurality of conveyor wheels 2 for conveying the capsule 3; measuring stations 9, 10 for measuring the product; a station 5 for weighing the empty capsule; and a station 12 weighing the capsule filled with the product. The station 5 weighing the empty capsule has: a rapidly responding scale 17; a pickup arm 13 for taking off the capsule from a conveying wheel 15 conveying the empty capsule, rapidly sending the capsule to the rapidly responding scale 17, and bringing back the capsule again from the scale; and a release arm 14 for taking off the capsule 3 from the pickup arm 13, and releasing the capsule to the conveyor wheel 15.
