PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radiological image conversion panel which can reproduce the radiological image of high definition. SOLUTION: The radiological image conversion panel having a metal sheet (support) and an overlying fluorescent layer formed by a vapor deposition method is characterized in that the surface roughness Ra of the surface of the fluorescent layer side of the metal sheet is≤0.1μm.
