PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a meter for a vehicle having a novel appearance contrived in an indication method for a physical quantity, and rich in stereoscopic feeling. SOLUTION: Both end parts of fifteen indicators 2A-2Q made of a colorless transparent polycarbonate resin, and having a cross section formed into a substantially circular rod shape are held by support panels 4, 5, the respective indicators indicate characters 9B-9H and dots 10A-10H on a dial 8, the first line X formed by connecting one-ends of the respective indicators is arranged not to be coplanar with the second line Y formed by connecting the other ends thereof, and the respective indicators are luminescently displayed independently by lights emitted from light emitting diodes 3A-3Q. Since an aggregate of the plurality of indicators forms a three-dimensional solid therein, the indicators are viewed as if those are moved three-dimensionally in a space when the luminescent indicators are switched sequentially.
