PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an indicating plate that improves manufacturability thereof without providing small pores in a metal-like luminous transmittable indicating plate. SOLUTION: A unevenness section 30 is provided on one side surface of a luminous transmittable substrate 25, on which a decoration portion 31, a scale, and a character portion are formed. A metal film 35 transmittably reflecting a part of visible rays is formed on other side surface side opposed to the unevenness section 30, and a fluorescent tube 20 is arranged at a position opposed to the metal film 35 and is turned on when external illuminance is low.
