PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coupling structure of a measuring instrument for a vehicle for reducing risk of damage such as cracks by surely positioning and coupling a part between two members in a simple structure. SOLUTION: The coupling structure of the measuring instrument for the vehicle positions by press-fitting and fitting a positioning pin part 21 provided on a light guide member 20 to a positioning hole 19 provided on a dial 18. In an inner peripheral wall of an opening part of the positioning hole 19, an outside face 21a of the positioning pin part 21 is provided, and a sliding and contacting part 22 slid and contacted during press-fitting and fitting is provided. In a press-fitting direction rather than the position of the sliding and contacting part 22, a conical space part 25 in which the circumference of the positioning pin part 21 positioned at a rear side holds cutting scum 11 generated to be cut by sliding and contacting to the sliding and contacting part 22 is formed.
