PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform binding via colloidal silica to which a large number of amino groups, carboxyl groups, or the like covering a required region of the inner container surface of a container for specimens are added when a primary antibody for capturing a specimen is made to form a solid phase in the inner container surface at the analysis of an immune system. SOLUTION: In the container for specimens to be used for various immunoassays for quantifying an antigen by making the primary antibody formed in a solid body capture the antigen and further making the antigen capture a secondary antibody labeled with a labeling marker, binding is performed in such a way that the colloidal silica to which a large number of amino groups, carboxyl groups, carbonyl groups, methacrylic groups, or mercapto groups are added may cover the required region of the inner container surface.
