PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a red reactive dye providing a dyed product with good dye-affinity in a low salt concentration, with good repeatability and with a good degree of exhaustion or the like, and having excellent chlorine resistance and sweat resistance. SOLUTION: The bisazo compound is represented by formula (I) (wherein, m and n are each 0 or 1; R1to R3are each a hydrogen atom or an alkyl which may be substituted; D is a phenyl or naphthyl which is substituted with one of -SO2CH=CH2and -SO2CH2CH2Z2and which may be substituted with one or two substituents; B is a group of formulas (II) or (III); U is an aminoalkylene-based linking group; X is a halogeno; * is a bond linked to an azo group; R4is a hydrogen atom or the like; and p and q are each 0 or 1).
