PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high density PAN-based polymer graft polymer with a high degree of orientation and the density of a specific high level, and also to provide a manufacturing process of the same. SOLUTION: The high density polyacrylonitrile-based polymer graft polymer film comprises a base material with its surface grafted by a polyacrylonitrile-based polymer at a graft density of at least 0.1 molecule/nm2.
