RESIN COMPOSITION, PREPREG AND PHENOLIC RESIN LAMINATED PLATE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin composition which gives a phenolic resin laminated plate (particularly a paper substrate phenolic resin laminated plate) excellent in moisture resistance, insulating properties and heat resistance, and a prepreg and a phenolic resin laminated plate using the same. SOLUTION: The resin composition is used for forming a sheet-like prepreg by impregnating a substrate such as a paper substrate therewith and comprises (a) furfuryl alcohol and (b) a resol phenolic resin. The prepreg is obtained by impregnating the substrate with the resin composition. The phenolic resin laminated plate is obtained by molding at least one sheet of the prepreg.
