PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flame retardant thermoplastic resin composition excellent in flame retardancy, impact resistance, moldability and antistatic properties, and its molded product. SOLUTION: The flame retardant thermoplastic resin composition is produced by blending an aromatic phosphoric acid ester compound, an ammonium polyphosphate, a polyamide elastomer and a modified vinyl copolymer having functional groups with a thermoplastic resin composition comprising a vinyl (co)polymer and a graft copolymer obtained by graft-copolymerizing a monomer to a rubbery polymer.
