PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new organic sulfur-nitrogen compound, a method of manufacturing the compound, a usage of the compound as a valcanizing agent for unsaturated rubbers and their mixture. SOLUTION: The organic sulfur-nitrogen compound expressed by the formula: R<SP>1</SP>R<SP>2</SP>N(-S<SB>x</SB>-R<SP>3</SP>-S<SB>x</SB>-NR<SP>4</SP>)<SB>n</SB>-S<SB>x</SB>-R<SP>3</SP>-S<SB>x</SB>-NR<SP>5</SP>R<SP>6</SP>is provided. In the formula, R<SP>1</SP>, R<SP>2</SP>, R<SP>5</SP>, and R<SP>6</SP>are the same or different from one another and are each hydrogen, methyl, ethyl, n-butyl, isobutyl, t-butyl, hexyl, cyclohexyl, octyl, phenyl, or benzyl; R<SP>4</SP>is methyl, ethyl, n-butyl, isobutyl, t-butyl, hexyl, cycrohexyl, octyl, phenyl, or benzyl; n is an integer of 1 to 50, but making it condition that n=0 when R<SP>1</SP>, R<SP>2</SP>, R<SP>5</SP>, or R<SP>6</SP>are each not hydrogen; R<SP>3</SP>is phenylene, methylene, ethylene, butylene, or hexylene; and x is an integer of 2 to 6.
