PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a token selector with a plurality of sensors having different characteristics, capable of securely discriminating whether actual tokens are loaded or false tokens are loaded, and preventing or controlling the fraudulence using a fraudulent tool. SOLUTION: The token selector 1 has a token passage 12 with a descendent slope 16 where tokens are conveyed from a token slot 13 toward a token outlet 14. The token selector 1 also has an electromagnetic detection means 21 and a physical detection means 22 between the token slot 13 and the token outlet 14 of the token passage 12.
