PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a foot warmer capable of sufficiently warming soles at low temperature, capable of being easily used without water changing work. SOLUTION: The foot warmer comprises a foot warming panel with which soles of feet are brought into contact for warming the feet, a heat source for warming the foot warming panel, and a support means for supporting the foot warming panel.
