PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that a lock device is in the state of being projected from a floor surface so that the toe can be hooked and thereby there is the possibility of stumbling over the lock device at the time of nonuse since conventionally a lid in an underfloor unit is opened by kicking up the lock device with the toe. SOLUTION: A moving type shampoo apparatus is constituted of a lowering means A2d projecting downwards by stepping on the pedal A2a of a shampoo unit A, the lid B1a covering the upper surface of water supply and water discharge couplers 40-43 housed inside the underfloor unit B, and a linking mechanism for moving the lid in an oblique direction when being pressed by the lowering means.
