PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tray-like container sufficiently protecting a content even when an external force is applied while it has air permeability. SOLUTION: The container 1 has a tray-like container main body 2 having an opening part and storing the content, and a cover material 10 covering the opening part, fixed on the container main body 2 and has air permeability. The cover material 10 is composed of a reticulated structural sheet prepared by intersecting at right angles the orientation directions of uniaxially oriented split fiber films made of a film consisting of a thermoplastic resin and laminating them.
