PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for suppressing the diffusion of splashed substances from a vehicle, which apparatus can suppress re-splashed substances on a road surface from the vehicle, and can eliminate the falling-off caused by the sticking of snow, and is excellent in securing the sight in rainy weather, and can prevent a rear-end collision, and can cope with all weather, and is environment friendly. SOLUTION: The apparatus 7 for suppressing the diffusion of splashed substances, such as spray of water and mud, from a tyre 2 of a vehicle 1 comprises a flat plate 13 made of synthetic rubber or synthetic resin and composed of a rectangular body having thin blades 8 arranged in multi-stages on the surface thereof so as to project in the horizontal and slantingly downward direction, vertical conduit pipes 10, which have an opening portion 11 over the whole span thereof in the vertical direction, and are uprightly arranged on both side portions of the flat plate 13. The right and left vertical end portions 18 of the flat plate 13 having the multi-stage blades 8 are inserted and fixed to the opening portion 11 of the vertical conduit pipes 10.
