PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a thermoplastic resin sheet showing excellent penetration-proof and the like for a laminated glass, and to provide a manufacturing method of the laminated glass using the thermoplastic resin sheet. SOLUTION: The thermoplastic resin sheet comprises a layer (A) composed of a polyvinyl butyral resin containing a plasticizer and another layer (B) composed of a polyvinyl butyral resin containing a plasticizer and having a resin structure different from that of the layer (A), both layers being extruded and formed into a multi-layered sheet, the layer (B) being laminated on the inner side of the layer (A). The thermoplastic resin sheet is heated to not lower than 100°C while being pressurized under pressure of not less than 1 MPa in an autoclave to make the plasticizer migrate to either one of the layer (A) and the layer (B) by a gradient of concentration of the plasticizer. Then the thermoplastic resin sheet is aged for 30 days or more to make the plasticizer migrate to either one of the layer (A) and the layer (B) by the difference of polarity between the polyvinyl butyral resins each having a different resin structure until the equilibrium distribution of the plasticizer is attained.
